What delivery options do you offer?
Synergistic Health offers free standard delivery Australia-wide on all orders over $80.00. Orders will be dispatched the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way with your tracking number.
We offer a range of delivery options which can be found below:
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY: Free standard delivery is available to addresses within 10km of Rochedale South (4123). Please leave your delivery address in the notes section at the checkout. No tracking number is provided for this service, as we deliver the order ourselves. Delivery times range between 2-3 business days.
STANDARD (FREE): Free standard delivery is available Australia wide on orders greater than $80.00. Delivery times range between 2 - 7 business days*.
STANDARD ($9.95): Standard delivery is available for $9.95, Australia-wide, on orders less than $80.00. Delivery times range between 2 - 7 business days*.
EXPRESS ($19.95): Express delivery is available for $19.95 to those on the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network only. Other locations may take longer but are faster than normal. Click here to see whether your address is within the Australia Post Next Day delivery Network.
*Delivery estimates begin from when an item is shipped
All orders are sent via Registered Australia Post e-parcel service with a tracking number. All orders require a signature unless you comment ‘Authority to Leave’ in the notes section at the checkout. Please note, by doing so, you take responsibility should an order go missing after it is delivered.
What is Free Local Delivery?
Free delivery is available to addresses within 10km of Rochedale South (4123). Please leave your delivery address in the notes section at the check out. Please note that no tracking number is provided for this service, as we delivery the package ourselves.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can see where your items are tracking by entering your tracking number here.
Can I ship to an address different than my billing address?
Yes you can. Simply enter the address you'd like to ship to in the shipping address fields at the checkout.
Do you ship to an overseas address?
Unfortunately, we only offer shipping to an Australian address.
What is your return policy?
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days, unused and with original packaging*. Unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs on returns for change of mind, nor do we refund any postage costs incurred in the original order. Please note that items that deemed unsuitable for refund will be returned to you at your expense, so please make sure the item meets the return criteria listed above. If you would still like a refund, please email us to discuss options.
*Skin and body care, makeup and food items cannot be returned for change of mind.
Unsatisfactory or Faulty Goods
Should a product not match the description, or you receive a faulty product, please email us immediately to discuss options. Please do not return these products without contacting us first as return postage will be provided.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
All delivery options (excluding Free Local Delivery) come with a tracking number. If you have any other enquiry about your delivery, you can email us at email@example.com.
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damage after delivery has taken place.
