2 green apples, chopped
125g alfalfa sprouts
4 celery stalks
2 Lebanese cucumbers
1 large handful spinach
1/2 cup mint leaves
Method (Juice Extractor or Nutribullet)
Juice all ingredients through a juice extractor, stir to combine.
Add ingredients to blender with 50ml water. Blend.
Continue adding water until desired texture is achieved.
