Ingredients
4 green apples, chopped
1 Lebanese cucumber, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
2 avocados
1 handful baby spinach
1 handful watercress
Lemon juice to taste
Crushed ice
Method
Blend all ingredients except the ice until smooth.
Add crushed ice and blend again. More ice can be added if the smoothie is too thick.
Pour into a glass and consume.
